I feel sick...

and I'm pretty sure why. Poutine, you know french fries with mozzarella cheese covered in gravy. I rarely (maybe once a year) order it but this week I ate poutine 4 times, at 3 different places. Twice at the Burger Baron, once at Costco and Burger King. Yah, don't think I'll be ordering it again for a looooooooooooooooooooooooong time!!! I did share with the kids so I didn't eat it the whole thing all by myself but why I had it 4 times 4 days in a row? Don't ask me!

I was looking for a picture of poutine and found these comments true and interesting:

Poutine is Acadian slang for mushy mess and is best described as a heart attack in a bowl.
By the way, there is a proper way to pronounce poutine, and it's not 'pooteen'. The phonetic pronunciation is 'poutsin', which always elicits a vacant stare when one orders it using that word.

POUTINE IS SOMETHING THAT IS TOTALLY C A N A D I A N !!

ooooh, I LOVE poutine - and YES - Canada is the only place you can get the stuff. Trust me. I have looked high and low for the "mush".

Oh yeah, and it's not mozza cheese, it's cheese curds. Yep, you heard me ... CURDS. Yummy.

Yes you are correct cheese curds where on the poutine from Costco and Burger King but the Burger Baron used shredded Mozza cheese. I Love cheese curds on my poutine but my kids do not that's why, 2 out of the 4 times, we got it from Burger Baron.
