A little up date, Pacey got a new bike this last weekend. $65 for a nice brand new 24" mountain bike. Where you may ask? Kalispell Wal Mart, that's where. So now she's able to get to and from swim club and library all on her own. Yesterday, however, she ran straight into the front of a 1/2 ton truck.... It was parked on the side of the road in our cul-de-sac. Apparently a dog came out barking at her, and as she is sooooo very afraid of dogs, she was watching the dog while pedaling with all her might and was not watching where she was headed and ended up smacking the truck head on. Her bike tire was wedged enough under the bumper that she couldn't get it out. She came in the house looking terrified with a big, bloody, fat lip saying she hit a truck on her bike. Yay that took me for a loop but once she was calmed down enough so I could really understand her, I went out and got her bike unstuck. She was wearing her helmet, thankfully, as she slammed her face into the front of the hood. She didn't feel too hot until later that afternoon. I laugh about it now, on the inside of course, what a video that would have been! hahaha.

I've got the girls packed to go out to my moms and me packed ready for Moroni's Quest. I am excited and hope to come back more ready for what life throws at me and it has thrown some things I wish weren't. But in hindsight we all say that and then learn something very important because of it. Here's to learning!
