Freezer meals

I love freezer meals! I made A LOT of them last year, just before I had ASH and let me tell you how easy they made life when in a rush or needing a day that required little thinking. I just used up the last of them (yes they were 1 year old and tasted great still). Now I need to pull out my apron and make up some more. It's 10% Tuesday at our local grocery store so I'm headin' up there once I post this to get me some meat (I think they have the best hamburger and meats). I think I'll make up some Meat Loaf tonight and of coarse like always make enough for 3 or 4 meals and freeze them for a later date. So tell me some of your favorite freezer meals you make or where you find great recipes. Got to go!

hmmm, you'll have to share your recipies. I have one that I like called Chicken Salsa Dump (or something like that) and it's super tasty. It's chicken, salsa, mango jam and away you go. If you want specific measurements, let me know.

Italian sausage and pasta
Cook a little over 2 cups penne pasta.
Slice and cook a package of italian sausage. When cooked add a can of diced tomatoes, 2 bay leaves, and a tbsp of rosemary. Let simmer while the pasta cooks.
Remove the bay leaves. Stir in one of the small cartons of whipping cream and a bag of kraft parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Or freeze and save for later!
One of my favorite recipes of all time! I almost always have the ingredients for this in my fridge, it is our families go to instead of spaghetti. And most everyone who tries it loves it too. If you try it let me know what you think!
