June to September

We celebrated my grandpa Morton's, would be, 100 birthday at the homestead. Here are some of the grandkids imitating a picture we had taken 25 or so years ago.

See what I mean....too funny!
Here are all the Morton Grandkids.

ASH turned 1
September 27th, 2010
He was a not too happy that day and after a couple more days of unhappiness I checked his mouth and there were 4 molars popping through! My poor boy!
LL has a natural talent for many things:
piano, spelling, math, reading to list a few. She has many friends and doesn't complain too much when I ask her to do something. She loves getting up early and even takes ASH in the morning (if he's awake) and feeds him and changes him.
She is our peace maker! Love you LL!

PL is now getting into doing her hair and is wanting make up!? We've told her not until she's in YW's but now that I've said that, it's only 6 months away! WWHHAATT! PL loves crafting and playing with friends. She loves to go to school but so far school work isn't her strong suit. She also has a great talent in piano but lacks to confidence to tackle something hard, or long. I hope I can find a way to help her. PL has babysat for us while we've gone to supper in the city. She is awesome and I love her to bits!

NJ is a crack up! The other day I said we should name our blow up Turkey decoration Tommy or something. She said "no, we should name him Dude." "Why?" I asked "Because boys are dudes." "oh and what are girls?" I asked "Womens." she said. Too funny. She loves school and has such a memory for things. She is loving singing again this year and remembers everything she learns. She loves to play and pretty much has a friend over after school every day. Man I love that "womens"!
